The constraint
A five-piece skincare set already on the shelf in the US. The bag had to hold four bottles and a jar, ship flat to save freight, and match a tube colour that the brand had already printed.
What we did
Sized the pouch from the bottle drawing rather than a catalogue, so no bottle sits loose. Sent three PU swatches against the printed tube; the second one was chosen. Two sample rounds before the trim colour was signed off, then 6,000 pcs in two colours, packed flat in cartons of 100.
