Who we are

This website is operated by CE Cosmetic Bag (Dongguan Beautypack Co., Ltd.), a manufacturer of cosmetic bags and tote bags for skincare and beauty brands. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us, plus the standard technical data any web server records.

• Inquiry details — your name, business email address, company name, website, project type, quantity, material and size requirements, logo requirements, target delivery date, and any message you write.
• Files you upload — reference images, sketches or specification documents you attach to an inquiry.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visited, recorded in server logs for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it

We use your information to answer your inquiry, prepare a quotation, discuss samples and production, and keep a record of the project. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell, rent or trade it.

Who can see it

Your inquiry is read by our sales and production staff who need it to quote and produce your order. We share it with a supplier or subcontractor only when that is necessary to quote or produce the item you asked about, and only the part that is needed. We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records and attached files for as long as needed to handle your project and to keep a commercial record of orders placed, after which they are deleted. If you ask us to delete your inquiry, we will do so unless we are required to keep it for accounting or legal reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the form on our contact page, or on WhatsApp with the chat button in the bottom-right corner of any page, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies and analytics

We set no advertising cookies and we run no advertising trackers. We use Google Analytics to see which pages buyers actually read, and it loads only after you accept the cookie notice: if you decline, or do not answer, no analytics request is made and no analytics cookie is stored. The site software may also store a cookie to keep a form session working while you fill it in.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date below.
