Three checkpoints, one sheet
Incoming material, in-line stitching and final inspection — each with a written record you can ask for.
Quality control here means three checks with a written record, not a promise. The sheet used on your order is issued with the order, and you can send your own inspector or a third party at any stage.
Three checkpoints
Customers and third-party inspectors are welcome at each stage. The written record travels with the order.
Incoming material
Fabric and PU inspected for shade, thickness and defects before cutting; shade checked against the approved swatch.
In-line production
Stitching density, seam alignment, zip and hardware function checked at the line, not only at the end.
Final inspection
Final inspection against the approved sample: dimensions, logo position, colour, packing and carton marks.

Three places buyers go from here
None of these are brochures: each one answers a question that comes back in every enquiry.

Three fields now, or the fuller form if you already have the drawings. Either way a person reads it, not a queue.
