Skincare set packaging project

The constraint

A three-piece travel set holding four bottles and a clear window. The launch date was fixed before the bottle drawings were final, and no bottle could move inside its pouch.

What we did

Sized all three pouches from the bottle drawings instead of a catalogue, and held the window at the same height across the three so the set reads as one line. Two sample rounds of about 7 working days each: the first fixed the zip position, the second the window and the binding colour. Then 6,000 pcs in about 25 days, packed flat 80 per carton, 75 cartons, EXW with freight quoted separately.
